Home-Start Manchester · Fractional Marketing Manager
Becoming the charity's marketing department.
The challenge
Home-Start Manchester supports families across Greater Manchester through several services, each with its own audience, message and objective. Marketing had gradually fragmented. The website was organised around internal departments rather than the people it needed to reach, enquiry routes were unclear, and a lot of the work ran on manual processes with a very limited budget.
Financial services gives you two jobs at once. Everything has to engage, and everything has to stand up to compliance. Activity was happening, but in isolation: commentary here, a newsletter there, nothing compounding into enquiries.
Pet Industry Business Awards · Strategy, platform, CRM and paid media
Building the engine behind the Pet Industry Business Awards.
The challenge
The Pet Industry Business Awards set out to become Greater Manchester's community driven awards programme for pet businesses, where recognition comes from genuine pet owners rather than judging panels. That needed far more than a website. It needed the infrastructure behind the whole customer journey, from the first advert someone sees through to nominations, CRM automation, email marketing, voting and ongoing business growth.
Most clients already have enough tools. What they do not have is one place where the plan, the work and the performance sit together, so reporting turns into a separate job every week.
